Aspire Support Services is a registered NDIS Plan Management provider, who has been providing Plan Management services to our customers since August 2017.

We have a team of dedicated Plan Managers, who are committed to assisting our customers with their NDIS plans and will walk alongside you towards achieving your goals and aspirations.

Our professional Plan Management Team is committed to taking the stress out of managing your NDIS plan and budget, and ensure you can manage your funding in the way that best suits you.

What do we Offer?

Plan Management at Aspire Support Services is all about saving you more time and helping you with taking out the burden of account keeping responsibilities. We will assist and advocate to manage your funding in the way that best suits you.
We, as your Plan Manager, will take care of paying invoices to your service providers for the services and the supports that you’ll purchase.
We will keep a regular track of your NDIS budget and will ensure that the services you purchase, are being paid in accordance to your goals and in a timely manner.
We will keep a track of your funds and will provide you with regular updates.
You’ll receive a monthly statement to show your spending.
If requested, we will help and guide your chosen providers for your supports.

Our Commitment to you

Our dedicated and qualified professionals will work alongside with our participants to understand their goals and ambitions indicated in their plan. We explain what products or services you can use that are identified as part of your plan and the best way to use your funding to achieve your goals.
We commit to paying for your services in a timely manner and will keep the required financial records and documentation as part of our accounting responsibility.
We will ensure that your providers are paid within the set NDIS’s payment guidelines of 5-7 days.
Aspire Support Services has a payment turnaround time of 3-5 days.

Choice and Control

Aspire Support Services will pay for the invoices and services that you will approve.
You will have full control and control of your budget the entire plan period and can choose the services that you would like to purchase.

Cost of Plan Management Services

Plan Management services is at NO COST to you as a participant as the cost of managing your plan will be added separately to your funding.
If you decide to go with plan management, please ensure to mention this to your planner at your initial meeting.

Step 2

One of our Plan Managers will contact you to go through the process and organise a meeting.

Step 3

Once you’ve shared your plan with our team, then we’ll start the process of getting the Service Agreement prepared.

Once the Service Agreement is signed by both parties, then you are all good to start accessing the supports and services while Aspire Plan Management team will look after your budget spending, will pay all your bills and will keep you posted in terms of how you are tracking with the funding.
